CycleBar is the world’s largest premium indoor cycling franchise, a brand built on high energy, tight knit community and the simple belief that the ride is always better together.

When CycleBar made its move into the Australian market, it was not looking for a website builder. It needed a digital partner capable of operating at full franchise scale while still delivering the studio level personalisation that makes each location feel like home. National ambition and local intimacy, at the same time.

That is where CLIK came in. Our remit stretched from launching a brand new name in a crowded market to filling individual studios with founding members, all of it moving at the pace franchise growth demands.

From functional to exceptional

The Challenge

Launching a franchise brand in a brand new market is a layered challenge. You have to attract investors and franchise partners, generate founding member sign ups for each new studio, and build brand awareness in a country that does not yet know who you are, all while going up against established local competitors who have spent years building their communities.

On top of that, every studio launch is essentially a new business launch in its own right. They needed to happen in close succession, each one carrying the same consistency, urgency and impact as the last.

Our Approach

We built CycleBar’s Australian digital strategy from the ground up, starting with the core brand assets and expanding into a full multi channel launch machine. Our work ran at the national brand level and the individual studio level at the same time, with campaigns built around two very different goals: franchise growth and member acquisition.

That meant one engine doing two jobs. Investor and franchise messaging to fuel expansion, and high tempo local campaigns to pack out each new studio with founding members from day one. Custom website, national social strategy, paid social, Google Ads and remarketing, all pulling in the same direction.
