WAPPA is the voice of Western Australia’s primary school leaders: principals, deputies and aspiring leaders across the state. Their old Joomla website had fallen years behind the organisation it represented, and behind it sat hours of manual administration every single day. CLIK custom developed the new platform end to end: public site, members portal and a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integration that turned manual processes into automated ones.

The client

The professional association for WA’s primary school leaders: advocacy, professional learning and support for principals, deputy principals, associate principals and aspiring leaders.

The problem

A very dated Joomla website, a members experience that did not match the calibre of the association, and daily administration done by hand: event registrations, member records and reporting all lived in separate manual processes.

The job

Custom develop a new platform: a public website that carries the brand, a members portal built as software, Dynamics 365 integrated so data flows once, and automation that hands the hours back to the team.

The portal is custom software development, not a plugin. Members join, renew, register for events and access resources in one place, with every action flowing straight into the association’s systems. Event registration was rebuilt around conversion, and it shows in the numbers.
